The Management Board of Flughafen Wien AG unanimously confirms that recently circulated rumours of changes in the composition of this corporate body are totally unfounded. News reports to this effect have been rectified numerous times, most recently with respect to the meeting of the Supervisory Board on 11 December 2009. The terms of office for Management Board members Herbert Kaufmann, Ernest Gabmann and Gerhard Schmid extend to the end of September 2014.
