Flughafen Wien AG rejects conclusions of parking fee study
Flughafen Wien AG rejects the conclusions of a study carried out by the travel portal travel24.com, which names Vienna Internationl Airport as having the highest parking fees in international comparison. The € 588 tariff stated in this study relates to the short-term parking areas, where passengers are notified before collecting a parking ticket that Flughafen Wien recommends a maximum of three hours’ parking.
Low-cost alternatives are available for long-term stays in parking area C as well as car parks 3 and 4. Passengers can use the parking fee calculator available under www.viennaairport.com before the start of their trip to review the various parking options and the related costs.
Vienna International Airport is also easy to reach with public transportation. The City Airport Train connects the airport with the “Wien Mitte“ rapid transit station in only 16 minutes.
