Flughafen Wien AG at Vienna?s Ferien-Messe 2011

 

The Ferien-Messe travel and tourism trade fair in Vienna once gain represents a fixed programme point for Flughafen Wien AG, forming a backdrop for presentation of the many destinations and wide range of services available at Vienna International Airport. Here visitors can find facts and figures on the offering of airlines like Aeroflot, Air Berlin, Air Malta, Air Transat, Croatia Airlines, Egyptair, EVA Air, Germanwings, Intersky, LOT, NIKI, Qatar, TAP Portugal, Turkish Airlines and Wataniya Airways. The VISITAIR Center at Vienna International Airport will also be represented, with information on its unique tour of the apron that provides a glimpse behind the scenes of airport operations.

 

Ferien-Messe visitors can also win great prizes in the Flughafen Wien beach quiz: the challenge here is to correctly match various beaches to the different airline destinations. The prizes include 19 flights for two persons each as well as tickets for the City Airport Train and VISITAIR tours. As a souvenir, visitors can have their picture taken in a ?photo box? against a background of different vacation scenes. The photos as well as the results of the beach quiz will be published on the new Facebook profile of Flughafen Wien AG: www.facebook.com/flughafenwien.

 

Vienna?s Vacation Fair will be open from 13 to 16 January 2011 at the Messe Wien Exhibition Centre; the Flughafen Wien stand is located in Hall A. On these four days nearly 800 Austrian and international exhibitors from 70 countries will present touristic highlights from Austria and the world on 23,000 m.
