Keep your ticket

You will be issued a ticket at the entrance barrier to the car park. Please keep this in a safe place until you leave. The prices for use of the car parks can be found in our car park price list. Payment is made at the machines in the car parks, at the ticket desk in multi-storey car park 4 (open 24 hours a day) or directly at the exit barrier by credit card (American Express, Diners Club, MasterCard, Visa), Austrian debit card (Bankomat) or parking card.

3) Getting to the Arrivals hall

You can meet arriving passengers directly in the Arrivals hall. There is only one possible exit. All passengers emerge from baggage claim through two sliding doors.

Access to Arrivals hall

To the left and right of the sliding doors are large displays showing arriving flights. While you are waiting, you can purchase flowers or enjoy a coffee in one of the cafés or restaurants. If you are sitting in a café, you can call up information on the arrival status from our website on your mobile. You can also use our Vienna Airport app on your iPhone or Android smartphone. You can use the time to shop in the supermarket, drugstore or newspaper and bookshop in the airport. If you have questions, the staff at the Airport Information counter in the Arrivals hall opposite McDonalds will be glad to assist. If you have enough time, you can go to the Visitors Terrace for an excellent view of the apron. It is open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. from 15 March to 15 November and is accessible by lift from level 3 in Check-in 3.

4) Watch out for flight information

Keep an eye on the latest information about the flight you are interested in. To the left and right of the sliding doors where arriving passengers come out are large displays showing details of arriving flights. You can also see the status of flights on the monitors and walls in the Arrivals hall or consult the arrivals list on our website from your mobile phone. Alternatively you can register for our Vienna Airport app on your iPhone or Android smartphone to obtain updated information on arriving flights.
