In accordance with § 91 of the Austrian Stock Exchange Act, Flughafen Wien AG was informed on July 28, 2011 that Lazard Asset Management LLC holds 1,103,323 voting rights or 5.25% of the outstanding shares of Flughafen Wien AG as of July 27, 2011.
