Perfect coordination

We plan for you the proper but also optimal distribution of the load in the aircraft. Our ramp agents coordinate and monitor not only the loading, but the entire turnaround process. Furthermore, our ramp agents are the interfaces between VIE service providers and customers and also act as troubleshooters in the event of any inconveniences. In addition, we also offer our customers flexible services on request, such as crew briefing, weather information, push-back support and much more.

Permanent staff training 

Our quality standards are exceptionally high and we always strive for maximum reliability and accountability. For this reason, comprehensive on-the-job training programs have been initiated to provide ongoing training to our employees. These include ongoing training by an IATA-certified trainer in the handling of dangerous goods.

Mobile Office

All ramp agents are equipped with a “mobile office.” The equipment in our vehicles includes a laptop or tablet, a laser printer, and a scanner, which have access to internal and external computer systems via wireless LAN or LTE. All computer-assisted handling processes can be carried out directly at the aircraft.
